Announcements, Director / Committee Chair report
- Chris Okano explained about the Food Basket's rice rebagging project. The Food Basket requests our club to man re-bagging rice from 15 lb or 20 lb bags to 5 lb in ziploc bags. Hilo Daijingu generously offers the certified kitchen to get this work done. One shift needs 5 people and takes three hours to process 2000 lbs of rice piled on a palette.
If your announcement is a complicated one, I would suggest you share the information with the members in the text. Make slides or send your announcement to rchb_members@googlegroups.com.
