5:30 - 5:40 PM - Randy opens the meeting.
5:40 - 5:50 - Each club will introduce guests
5:40 - 6:30 - Club President will provide a short 7 min update on their club
6:30 - 7:00 - DG Eric
7:00 - 7:05 - Randy officially closes the meeting
7:00 - 8:00 - Fellowship, open to entertainment suggestions.
RCH (Rotary Club of Hilo) will meet with DG Eric 4:30 - 5:30.
